Hiring: Marketing Design and Content Coordinator Company: American Bath Group Location: Inglewood, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 14:14:21 Employment Type: Full-time / On-site Target Skills & Keywords : HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Required Skills: •Maintain a live view of active marketing projects, including priorities, owners, status, deadlines, dependencies, risks, approvals, and next actions. •Manage review cycles, coordinate stakeholders, communicate changing priorities, escalate risks early, and close projects without requiring leadership to reconstruct the portfolio. •Create branded B2B collateral, presentations, training decks, product one-sheets, brochures, guides, print advertising, downloadable content, and campaign assets. •Support email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, websites, social channels, digital asset management, photography, video, and promotional materials. •Write, edit, and fact-check content to protect technical accuracy, brand voice, messaging consistency, and usefulness to sales and field teams. •Partner with sales, product development, engineering, operations, public relations, social media, and outside agencies to move work from concept through delivery. •Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitors, channel performance, and campaign results to identify differentiated positioning and practical improvements. •Support budget tracking, forecasting, asset inventory, and external-partner coordination as assigned. Qualifications: •Approximately five or more years of combined B2B marketing, graphic design, content production, and project coordination experience, or equivalent directly relevant experience. •Demonstrated B2B marketing fluency, including business audiences, sales enablement, product positioning, commercial objectives, and competitive differentiation. •A portfolio showing individual contributions across print collateral, presentations, training, digital/social assets, campaigns, and written content. •Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint. •Evidence of managing multiple concurrent projects through live tracking, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, review cycles, risk communication, and deadline control. •Strong copywriting, editing, storytelling, fact-checking, and brand-governance judgment. •Demonstrated capacity to learn technical products, validate information before publication, and maintain quality under changing priorities and sustained deadlines. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, design, or a related field. •Working experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing platform, email marketing, landing pages, blogs, SEO, and campaign reporting. •Video-editing or multimedia-production experience, such as Adobe Premiere, iMovie, or comparable tools.
