Work with Marketing Manager to plan major website efforts to be contracted as needed. •Email Marketing: Based on the calendar and process established by the Marketing Manager, create marketing email campaigns, complete the appropriate review processes, and deploy emails. •Social Media Marketing: plan, gather, create, and publish content on Encore's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Collaborate with Encore staff, volunteers, members, and community partners to create authentic social media engagement. •Video: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on virtual meeting recording editing and archiving on the Encore YouTube channel. Plan and create short form video for use on Encore social media channels. •Print Material Management and Graphic Design •Maintain all print materials in line with Encore Creativity brand standards and keep print material content up to date. •Design custom promotional materials for special events.
