Required Skills: •Actively monitor social media channels multiple times a day, flag noteworthy comments and mentions, and engage with followers to foster positive community interaction. •Resolve routine Member Services inquiries on social media per established guidelines, escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team. •Engage prospective customers on social media, answering basic product questions and moving qualified leads through the sales funnel. •Schedule and publish social content with the marketing team, and report weekly on engagement, reach, and performance metrics. •Manage social media contests and giveaways, and surface testimonials and user-generated content for future marketing use. •Support event logistics, including swag and event kits, and attend events, trade shows, and conventions as needed. •Perform other marketing department duties as assigned.
