If you thrive in an environment of innovation, accountability and mutual respect, you will find a good home here. •Coordinates marketing projects for assigned areas within Student Experience by managing the intake, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and completion of marketing requests through established workflows and project management systems. •Coordinates the development of marketing and promotional materials across multiple platforms, including graphic design, social media, websites, photography, videography, presentations, reports, and print publications. •Provides project oversight for marketing initiatives serving multiple assigned Student Experience departments and program areas, monitoring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while supporting alignment with divisional goals. •Supervises and develops student marketing staff and graduate assistants as assigned through hiring, onboarding, training, project assignment, coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing professional development. •Reviews, edits, and provides quality assurance for marketing content produced by student staff to ensure consistency, effectiveness, accessibility, and compliance with university branding standards. •Coordinates and maintains the departmental web presence across more than 50 webpages, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, accessibility compliance, and alignment with university communication standards. Qualifications: •Proven ability to think strategically and approach challenges with creativity •Demonstrated track record of reliability, meeting goals, and holding oneself accountable •Strong interpersonal skills and experience working effectively across teams •Knowledge of marketing principles, including promotion and public relations. •Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods, including alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, verbal, and visual media. •Knowledge of and ability to post photographs to various social media sites. •Knowledge and proficiency in use of publishing and design software. •Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. •Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail. •Skill in public speaking and delivering presentations to individuals and groups.
