This role partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, and Data teams to build scalable analytics capabilities and elevate overall marketing effectiveness. •The ideal candidate brings deep experience in multi-channel marketing analytics, including segmentation, attribution, and campaign measurement. This role requires a strategic leader who can set direction, influence senior stakeholders, and prioritize high impact initiatives while driving execution through strong cross-functional collaboration. •Serve as the strategic lead for marketing analytics, partnering with senior insurance marketing stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies, KPIs, and measurement frameworks •Lead full-funnel marketing analytics, connecting campaign performance to conversion, pipeline, and revenue impact •Design and analyze multi-channel campaigns (email, web, paid media, events, CRM, sales) to drive ongoing optimization •Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and ROI •Develop and refine lead scoring models and segmentation strategies to improve targeting and conversion in a B2B context •Align with cross-functional teams, including marketing Centers of Excellence, on reporting standards and performance tracking Qualifications: •Deep expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, and ROI analysis, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes •In-depth knowledge of web and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms) •Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large datasets from CRM and marketing platforms •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights •Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders •Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field •This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
