Required Skills: •Working closely with marketing leaders, campaign teams, digital teams, operations, sales, and data engineering, this role will identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven decision making, and advanced analytical techniques. •Lead the evolution of marketing measurement frameworks and attribution methodologies that quantify marketing's contribution to pipeline, revenue, and business growth. •Develop and evaluate multi-touch attribution approaches, influence measurement strategies, and channel contribution models that guide investment decisions and budget optimization. •Identify measurement gaps and recommend improvements in data collection, metadata strategies, campaign tagging, and platform integrations to improve reporting accuracy and analytical rigor. •Design and develop predictive models that improve marketing effectiveness, including response scoring, buyer propensity models, lead prioritization, audience engagement models, and lifecycle analysis. •Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations that improve conversion rates, pipeline generation, audience engagement, and marketing ROI. •Develop audience segmentation frameworks that support account-based marketing, customer expansion strategies, digital engagement programs, and campaign personalization. •Analyze customer, account, behavioral, technographic, and engagement data to identify growth opportunities and uncover actionable audience insights.
