This position provides hands-on leadership to branch teams while ensuring each location meets its sales, service, financial, safety, and compliance objectives. •Branch Operations and Leadership •Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of assigned HireQuest Direct locations. •Maintain regular contact with each branch through in-person visits, telephone calls, meetings, and performance reviews. •Provide branch teams with direction, coaching, training, and operational support. •Ensure branches maintain appropriate staffing levels and operate efficiently within established cost expectations. •Assist with recruiting, selecting, onboarding, developing, and retaining branch employees. •Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to branch management and staff. Qualifications: •Five or more years of management, sales, operations, or staffing industry experience. •Demonstrated success in sales, customer development, account management, or business growth. •Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. •Demonstrated capacity to evaluate financial and operational performance and take appropriate corrective action. •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple branches, priorities, and deadlines. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Sound judgment and the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment. •Proficiency with standard business technology, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications. •Ability and willingness to travel regularly among assigned branches and customer locations.
