Relevant experience may also come from automotive body and paint, composites, industrial coatings, aircraft, manufacturing, or other finishing trades. •Patience and precision with surface preparation and finishing •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team •Commitment to maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas •Pride in producing high-quality finished work •Professional spray experience, gelcoat color matching, fiberglass fabrication, composite repair, or marine coatings experience is a plus.
