Assist in development of training programs to increase team technical capabilities. •Be part of a 24/7/365 team to monitor and assist sites with incident response and management. The FRG Technicians will assist in the incident management team's operational aspects in a way which protects, maintains, and improves the value of the data centers. •Assist in site incident investigation by utilizing structured problem solving to identify root cause of failures. •Demonstrate the ability to self-start, be responsive, and be creative when finding solutions. •Identify opportunities to improve quality, customer service and cost performance, and assist in the execution of approved plans. •Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for senior management. •Assist Management to ensure optimal roll out and training in standard tools, processes, and systems where possible. Qualifications: •High School diploma required. •Be able to work different shifts within 24/7/365 coverage strategy. •Proven record of accomplishment for cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, or customers. •Excellent communication skills, teamwork, organizational and problem-solving skills. •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. •Demonstrated understanding of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams, and standard operating procedures. •Three to five (3-5) years of data center experience preferred. •Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, or other related engineering degrees preferred.
