Hiring: Manufacturing Training Coordinator Company: ERock Location: Cypress, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 10:13:39 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Required Skills: •The Manufacturing Training Coordinator is a site-based learning and development role responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining training programs that support the onboarding, development, and qualification of production technicians at the assigned manufacturing facility. •Develop and maintain structured onboarding, training, and qualification programs for production technicians in alignment with Manufacturing needs and ERock Talent Development standards. •Conduct training needs analyses and support development of competency models, learning paths, curricula, qualification cards, assessments, and related training requirements. •Partner with Manufacturing leaders, supervisors, technicians, and subject matter experts to identify performance expectations, capture technical knowledge, and define training and qualification needs. •Work closely with ERock’s Instructional Designer and Technical Writer to develop and maintain training content, job aids, learner and facilitator materials, assessments, procedures, work instructions, and other supporting resources. •Coordinate the review, validation, approval, implementation, and revision of training materials to ensure content remains accurate, current, practical, and aligned with applicable standards. •Coordinate production technician onboarding, training assignments, qualification activities, and completion requirements across applicable teams and shifts. •Maintain accurate training and qualification records, track employee progress, identify gaps or risks, and provide status updates and recommendations to Manufacturing and Talent Development leaders. Qualifications: •Demonstrated ability to develop or coordinate structured onboarding, training, or employee qualification programs. •Solid functional working knowledge of adult learning principles, training needs analysis, learning objectives, assessment methods, and training evaluation. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with subject matter experts and translate technical or operational information into clear, organized, and practical learning solutions. •Strong project management, organization, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple training initiatives, reviews, deadlines, and stakeholder groups simultaneously. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain accurate digital training records and use training information to identify gaps, risks, trends, and follow-up needs. •Demonstrated capacity to learn unfamiliar manufacturing processes and technical concepts sufficiently to support training development without serving as the technical authority. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently within a manufacturing environment while maintaining alignment with site leadership and enterprise Talent Development requirements. •Demonstrated capacity to support training activities across production shifts when business needs require. •Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, adult learning, organizational development, human resources, business, or a related field.
