Required Skills: •Design and implement comprehensive test plans to provide full coverage of wireless communication system feature sets. •Design and implement logging and log analysis tools to capture performance of both the systems under test and the test infrastructure itself. •Take ownership of production test station design, implementation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade; continuous improvement of manufacturing test efficiency. •Partner cross-functionally with RF and systems engineering teams to understand performance requirements and establish production tests and performance thresholds. •Partner with engineering and quality teams to validate new testing approaches for rollout to production. •Work closely with the software development team to augment production test systems to support rollout of new features and product configurations. •Performs advanced failure analysis and root cause determination for production issues escalated beyond standard manufacturing troubleshooting, with a focus on design-related causes. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices in an electronics manufacturing environment. •Demonstrated experience developing software for automated test equipment (ATE) in an electronics manufacturing environment. •Skilled in the use of containerization and deployment tools like Docker or Nginx. •Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills. •Strong oral and written communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a team environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions. •Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD •Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
