Experience with Radar and RF microwave measurement instruments preferred •Demonstrated ability to bring the proper resources to solve priority technical issues in a timely manner •Knowledge of computer interface protocols Required Skills: •Manage a staff of test engineers and technicians to support the development of production test systems •Work closely with design, systems and software engineering teams to define sub-system and system level test coverage that will ensure product quality and production efficiency •Design, develop and release new manufacturing test processes and test systems including software, hardware modules and data infrastructure •Work closely with third-party test integration companies developing test solutions •Generate DFT guidelines to inform and influence new radar designs •Interface directly with design and supplier quality engineering to enable an effective supply chain with special emphasis on RF and high speed digital PCBAs.
