Qualifications: •The applicant is required to work to very exacting standards and expectations – these are critical processes applied to very high value parts. •A diligent & careful worker with a keen eye for detail. •The ideal applicant has machining or lapping/polishing skills or has demonstrated competence in an artisanal trade. This is not a requirement as enthusiastic and diligent candidates can be highly successful in the role. •Good interpersonal and communication skills. •Able to work both independently and as part of a team. •Basic computer literacy to use QC tools/equipment and perform data acquisition.
