Qualifications: •Minimum of 6 months experience as an MSIII or 1+ years of experience in high volume production environment working with electronics, semiconductor equipment, or opto-mechanical assemblies, as a technician •Demonstrated capacity to acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. •Demonstrated basic understanding of technology and equipment. •Demonstrated ability to use common hand tools such as multimeters and other tools necessary for performing in the role. •Good written and verbal communication skills •Good computer skills and comfortable learning new tools and processes •Able to follow prescribed OCAP for the issue. •Complete all assigned Litmos courses. •Work is closely observed, controlled, and checked; detailed guides and instructions apply. •Demonstrated capacity to perform simple routine tasks. Ability to use tools and power equipment in the performance of duties.
