Hiring: Manufacturing Technician (8:00am-5:00pm) Company: Trulieve Location: Adel, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 16:33:16 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Workday About the job Experience: •21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV) Required Skills: •Lead and oversee weighing, assembling, packaging, and labeling various forms of cannabis •Operate equipment as needed and dictated by the process •Maintain accurate daily activities records and operation logs as directed •Safety and security of employees and product •Compliance to all policies, regulations, and laws set forth by the city, county and state as required to ensure security of the operating license •Quality of product and packaging •On-time delivery and customer service •Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities Qualifications: •Production experience in the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry desired •Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with a team •Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it •Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required •Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV) •Must pass a comprehensive background check •Through extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday •Environmental Requirements and Exposure, depending on work location •Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables •40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs.
