Identify gaps and corrective actions needed to bridge to target performance •Manage BOM for production ramp and mass production •Partner cross-functionally with engineering and CM to install assembly line equipment, perform GR&R analysis, review work instructions and operator training requirements, and track yield, line availability and takt time •Drive DFM/DFA/DFT and PFMEA to ensure production manufacturability Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical engineering, or related field) or equivalent practical experience. •Prior experience with TeamCenter, Jira, and Confluence •Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, using statistical techniques and software tools such as JMP •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively •Minimum 10+ years of experience in manufacturing / technical operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. •Prior experience with LiDAR systems Compensation: •$154,900 - $209,600 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
