Qualifications: •Proven success in managing high-volume hiring within a manufacturing environment. •Deep expertise in ATS optimization, multi-channel sourcing, and recruitment analytics. Experience recruiting for director-level positions or higher. •Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. •SHRM-CP, PHR, or TA certification. •Direct-hire | 5 days/week on-site in Dayton, OH.
