Required Skills: •Supporting the day-to-day operation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP platforms, and other production systems. •Analysing manufacturing data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support operational decision-making. •Troubleshooting system issues and working with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical problems. •Producing standard and ad hoc reports to support production planning and business performance. •Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements and implementing data-driven solutions. •Maintaining accurate manufacturing data, including BOMs, routings, work orders, and inventory records. •Performing system audits to ensure data integrity and reliability. •Developing dashboards and KPI reporting using data visualisation tools where applicable.
