Handles scheduling shift coverage. •Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. •Establishes and maintains employee performance standards. Provides ongoing, timely feedback and periodic formal performance evaluations, per company guidelines. •Provide leadership for quality within the group. •Provide a greater depth of knowledge.
