When not traveling, employees may work remotely. Required Skills: •Lead automation projects from concept development through production stabilization •Evaluate and select robotics, automation, and machine control technologies •Develop system requirements, technical specifications, and performance criteria •Manage automation integrators, equipment suppliers, and contractors •Program and commission industrial robotic systems •Support PLC integration, controls validation, HMI configuration, and troubleshooting •Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) •Provide hands-on support during installation, startup, commissioning, and ramp-up Qualifications: •Industrial Robots: FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa/Motoman, Universal Robots, or similar •Robot programming, optimization, and commissioning •HMI development and controls integration •Motion control and servo systems •Industrial electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems •Machine safety, safeguarding, FAT/SAT, and commissioning •.
