The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment is critical to succeed in this role. •This position may require off-shift work - candidates must have flexibility to work any shift •What You'll Do (Responsibilities): •Support the day-to-day production needs on the production floor by maintaining solid relationships with the Production and Maintenance teams. •Manage significant downtime events by providing technical guidance and support. •Design work operations that meet safety, quality, and efficiency requirements with high integrity. •Drive Continuous Improvement efforts in assigned area through the elimination of waste. •Evaluate bottleneck areas and support throughput and productivity improvements in assigned area. •Reduce total cost by improving productivity metrics related to equipment uptime, cycle time and quality. •Become a coach and teacher of lean manufacturing principles to the production floor team members. •Drive problem solving efforts. •Work collaboratively as one team with all levels of the organization.
