You’ll work with cutting-edge technology, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with a team dedicated to innovation and excellence. •Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality •Design and oversee the implementation of automation systems and equipment to improve manufacturing operations •Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues and defects •Create and maintain process documentation, including setup matrices, parameter cards, and work instructions Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering •Exposure to a manufacturing environment •Knowledge of automation equipment, including scanners, vision systems, and automated placement equipment •Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks •Demonstrated capacity to read schematics and/or engineering drawings. •Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis techniques •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and manufacturing-related software applications •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects Compensation: •$75,000 - $114,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
