Required Skills: •Lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, and methodologies from concept to production. •Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve yield, throughput, cost, and quality, utilizing statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE). •Design and execute experiments to characterize process parameters, identify critical factors, and establish robust process windows. •Partner cross-functionally with R&D, product design, and NPI teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and smooth transitions into production. •Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and control plans. •Perform root cause analysis for process deviations, yield loss, and quality issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. •Evaluate and qualify new materials, equipment, and suppliers to support manufacturing process improvements. •Provide technical support and training to manufacturing operators and technicians. Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field. •In-depth knowledge of manufacturing principles, process control, and statistical analysis (SPC, DOE). •Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python, R) and CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement effective solutions. •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
