This role involves performing build and test processes on the production line while ensuring compliance with established quality and safety standards. •The Manufacturing Operator works closely with technical team leads, production supervisors, and engineers to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance product quality. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to production schedules, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional work environment. •1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM •2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM •Acquire proficiency in diverse assembly procedures for Teal products, encompassing a broad spectrum of subassemblies. •Conduct system testing and quality control inspections in a production setting. •Utilize a combination of manual and automated equipment to fulfill manufacturing requirements effectively. •Contribute to manufacturing material dispositions and tracking within the manufacturing process. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED equivalent. •Proficiency in following work instructions accurately. •Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications or similar workflow tools). •Positive attitude and keen attention to detail. •Reliability and dedication to acquiring and enhancing skills in a technical manufacturing environment. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively, both written and spoken •Demonstrated capacity to stand for extended periods. •The capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. •Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for operating equipment and performing assembly tasks.
