This role sits between operators, engineers, and program leadership every day. •Prior manufacturing experience in an industrial-equipment, capital-equipment, sheet-metal, welding, fabrication, or machining environment. •Deep working knowledge of one or more of MES, WMS, ERP, MRP, maintenance-management, or quality systems — as an implementer, integrator, or configuration lead •Exposure to PLCs, HMIs, OPC-UA, MQTT, MTConnect, machine data acquisition, or SCADA. •Prior work in a small team where you owned outcomes end-to-end rather than pieces of them. •Prior experience shipping software integrations end-to-end — designing the interface, writing the connector, testing it against a real counterpart system, and iterating on production feedback.
