Required Skills: •Shift 4 Every other Wednesday, Thursday-Saturday 530pm-6am •Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on simple/manual; semi automated; and certain aspects of fully automated manufacturing equipment. Corrective maintenance activities include: troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and electrical systems; and minor equipment performance improvement activities •Performs preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. •Performs corrective maintenance activities such as: troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls and electrical systems. •Supports equipment performance improvement projects and process validation activities. •Contributes to process optimization and scrap reduction efforts through equipment design improvements, improvements to operating and maintenance procedures, and maintenance activities. •Independently troubleshoots equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability. •Implements permanent corrective actions to eliminate recurrent problems. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED. •Manufacturing Environment requirements include: use of personal protective equipment, reading, speaking, hearing, walking, bending, standing, stretching/reaching, and hand/finger dexterity. •Must be able to work in a clean room environment, adhere to associated policies, and perform gowning of clean room attire in the allotted time prior to start up. •Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transport up to 500 pounds via carts or mechanized equipment. •Requires good manual dexterity and visual acuity including ability to distinguish colors. •Must be able to work under florescent lighting. •Requires the ability to sit or stand through the duration of a shift.
