See for yourself. •As a key member of the Vista Manufacturing Center, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. •Manufacturing Lead •Reports To Production Manager •Bracing & Support - VMC •Coordinate and provide directions to production operators to ensure consistent execution of areas assigned. •Accountable for delivering production KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Value) to ensure operational performance goals are achieved. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. •Strong communication and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work in a team-oriented environment. •Perform basic troubleshooting to determine cause of system failures during assembly. •Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. •Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future.
