Required Skills: •Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and work prioritization for the Manufacturing Engineering team. •Coach, mentor, and develop Manufacturing Engineers while supporting employee training and performance objectives. •Partner with the Director of Manufacturing to establish departmental priorities, staffing needs, and project schedules. •Work closely with the Design Engineering team to develop manufacturing processes for new products and product changes, including fixture development, process validation, and work instruction creation. •Support New Product Development activities from a manufacturing perspective, including PFMEA development, control plans, measurement systems, and production readiness activities. •Participate in cross-functional design reviews to ensure manufacturability, quality, and cost objectives are achieved. •Maintain and oversee ERP system manufacturing data, including Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, part numbers, and related documentation. •Coordinate implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs) to ensure timely and effective execution. Qualifications: •Prior experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, serving as a technical lead, or providing informal team leadership. •Operational familiarity with Python, LabVIEW, Selenium, or similar automation tools. •Supervisory or leadership training experience. •Hubbell Utility Solutions (HUS) enable the grid to conduct, communicate and control energy across utility applications.
