Hiring: Manufacturing Engineering Manager Company: Auria Location: Sidney, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 14:14:11 About the job Required Skills: •We are currently searching for Engineering Manager to join our team at our Sidney Plant in Sidney, Ohio. •This position is hands on in supporting the plant's Engineering activities. •Provide direction and support for development of production processes and systems to be utilized for new and existing business. •Promote and enforce adherence to all safety policies and procedures within department. •Guide, monitor, and manage the preparation of capital equipment budgets and tooling budgets for new business programs or new processes. •Lead and oversee preparation and requests for the maintenance and operation of all equipment and plant facilities. •Conduct part design / manufacturing feasibility reviews. •Monitor compliance with Product Program Schedules for all program related activities. Qualifications: •Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical experience with a minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory / management position preferred •Previous experience working in Manufacturing environment, preferably at Tier 1 supplier •Demonstrated capacity to work cross functionally in a team environment •Solid functional working knowledge of Microsoft and database applications •Possess strong leadership abilities, organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously •Specific knowledge of tooling equipment and cost projection is required along with knowledge of automotive quality and engineering expectation Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
