Required Skills: •Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manufacturing engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. •Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality. •Project Management: Oversee new product introduction (NPI) projects, from design to production, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. •Equipment Maintenance & Upgrades: Manage and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and replacement of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. •Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives within the manufacturing processes without compromising quality or safety. •Lean & Six Sigma Implementation: Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement and streamline production processes. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Assurance, Production, and R&D to support product development, troubleshooting, and manufacturing improvements. •Compliance & Safety: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with regulatory and safety standards, promoting a safe work environment. Qualifications: •Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. •Industry Knowledge: Background in aerospace, automotive, or other high-precision manufacturing is preferred. •Our organization has a responsibility to comply with all applicable requirements set forth by International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”, 22 CFR 120-130).
