Required Skills: •Demonstrated capacity to travel for up to 3 months in Europe (during the transfer phase) is a required part of this position. •Lead a team of 4 to 8 engineers and technicians dedicated to supporting the Final Assembly Line for Daher's general aviation aircraft (TBM, KODIAK). •Provide day‑to‑day coaching, priority setting, and performance management. •Manage priorities and ensure effective alignment between workload and capacity for the Manufacturing Engineering team. •Participate in a structured training period in France and support industrial readiness for the Stuart ramp-up. •Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions in coordination with HQ Engineering in France. •Ensure all type‑design changes are correctly integrated into manufacturing plans, work instructions, mBOMs Qualifications: •As a key partner to the product engineering and manufacturing engineering organizations, the position will maintain a close collaborative link with our "Master" Final Assembly Line (FAL) based in France. •Strategically drive technology transfer from the Master FAL in Tarbes (France) to Stuart. •Bachelor's degree in aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering with 10+ years of aerospace experience or A&P mechanic with 20+ years' experience on a Final Assembly Line, including 5+ years as a manager.
