Required Skills: •The Manufacturing Engineer will work across departments to ensure new programs are completed on time while continuously improving existing processes. The position will work closely with Design Engineering and Production in bringing out new programs including work instructions, manufacturing orders, and training. •Interface directly with teams to propose and implement manufacturing processes and workflow layouts based on customer requirements using appropriate software. •Interface directly with production and facility personnel to optimize equipment, develop tooling, and work-bench layouts to meet manufacturing, company, and customer needs. •Interpret customer engineering databases (drawings, specifications, and processes) •Coordinate engineering changes with internal and customer teams and assure entry into engineering and MRP databases (Syteline) •Support production, planning, production control, procurement, and quality personnel in interpretation of engineering into work orders as required. •Support non-conformance rework/repair with manufacturing process recommendations and consult with customer and internal team members as required. •Support planning, production, and programming to implement and optimize machining set-ups and programs.
