On Any Given Day, You’ll Make a Difference By Manufacturing & Process Engineering •Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for PCB assemblies and electronic products. •Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process development and production readiness. •Create and maintain work instructions, process flows, setup sheets, and manufacturing documentation. •Analyze production processes and implement improvements to increase throughput, yield, and efficiency. •Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues. •Create, modify, and optimize SMT programs for placement machines and related equipment. •Support SMT operations including solder paste printing, placement, reflow, AOI, and inspection processes.
