Required Skills: •Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and production plans. •Review engineering drawings, specifications, and designs for manufacturability and producibility. •Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, assembly instructions, and process plans. •Actively facilitate and support transition of new designs and products from Engineering into production. •Identify and resolve manufacturing, quality, cost, and production issues through root-cause analysis and corrective action. •Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Program Management to achieve cost, quality, and schedule objectives. •Actively facilitate and support development and implementation of tooling, fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing aids. •Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase quality through Lean and continuous improvement methods. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. •Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required. •Operational familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, configuration management, and quality systems.
