Valued experience would include responsibility which reflects success in leadership roles gained though work in a process manufacturing environment, and thorough knowledge of Lean manufacturing skills set, Theory of Constraint, Six Sigma, and Value Stream mapping. Required Skills: •Provide technical and engineering expertise to optimize tools, methods and resources to alleviate constraints to improve productivity. •Drives implementation of PFMEAs and their resultant control plans and improvement initiatives, to include SPC, shop wide. •Demonstrated capacity to facilitate Kaizen events within the department to drive required improvements. Identifies and prioritizes improvement opportunities which have greatest potential for positively improving on delivered performance. •Develop a visual management system to include: standard work, 5S, quality, throughput, process control. •Participate in new equipment design selection and planning of equipment major overhauls (CapEx). Provide supervision for such projects. •Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance personnel, provide oversight for equipment productive and safe operation. •Computer literacy is a requirement. •Demonstrated capacity to interface with any person in the organization.
