Required Skills: •Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost. •Design and implement process improvements that increase throughput, improve yield, reduce waste, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize cycle times. •Partner with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. •Support new product launches by ensuring seamless integration into existing manufacturing processes. •Partner cross-functionally with Maintenance and Reliability Engineering to improve equipment reliability, maximize uptime, and implement predictive maintenance strategies. •Lead or support equipment installations, process modifications, and capital improvement projects from concept through commissioning. •Analyze production data using statistical methods to identify trends, reduce process variation, and improve overall manufacturing performance. •Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and implement solutions that reduce operational risk and improve process reliability. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related engineering discipline. •Knowledge of quality systems, manufacturing best practices, and regulated production environments. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. •Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, maintenance, and quality teams. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 10%.
