Required Skills: •Work side-by-side with mechanics to solve real build problems and make processes more practical, ergonomic, and executable. •Support and improve build sequences, work content, and line flow within assigned production areas. •Use CAD models and type design drawings to understand design intent and identify where production can be made easier. •Author manufacturing prints or models that ease production while remaining traceable to type design and within fit, form, and function. •Build and present design-change cases to Design Engineering with appropriate senior or lead support. •Support labor-hour reduction, rework reduction, tooling definition, ERP alignment, and supplier manufacturability issue resolution. •5-7 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or complex assembly. •Strong hands-on understanding of machining, sheet metal, welding, composites, and mechanical or electrical assembly, with depth in at least one area and working knowledge across others.
