If the answer is yes, we might have a place for you on our team! •In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be •Develop manufacturing procedures, processes, and best practices to implement standardized work across the network. •Develop fair and equitable time estimates for machine process routings. •Use CAM software to create CNC programs for machine tools, lathes, and milling machines. •Create controlled documentation for machine setups. •Assist machine operators with day-to-day machining, tooling, and work-holding challenges. •Evaluate operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies. Qualifications: •You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You readily action new challenges, without unnecessary planning. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You find opportunities that benefit the customer. •For this Role You Will Need •Bachelor’s in relevant Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Proficient with CAD and CAM software (Edgecam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD). •Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mazak machine tool controllers. •Evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery. •Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). •Functional gauging and measuring instruments. •Manufacturing Execution Systems and / or other production, material, and capacity planning software. •Computerized Maintenance Management System and / or other asset management software or database.
