Required Skills: •Process labor planning & line balance •Concurrent Product Process Design- Design for Manufacturing •Revise or develop Standard Work •Andon/Plant visual management •Process failure mode and effect analysis •Revise or develop manufacturing Standards Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; minimum requirement is either a bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience or an associate degree with 5+ years of related experience •Minimum of three (3) years in manufacturing engineering or related manufacturing area •Proficiency in Lean tools, data collection, analysis, and problem solving techniques •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret drawings and specifications •Excellent verbal, written, listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively among all levels of the organization •Demonstrated organization and follow up skills •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt to changing situations •Computer proficiency with various software including Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint •Lean six sigma Green Belt Certification by a recognized source preferred and demonstrated history a minimum •Demonstrated capacity to resolve conflict within team and across teams; investigates routine personnel issues in partnership with HR. Compensation: •$57,700 - $92,600 / year •The hiring range for this position is $57,700 to $92,600 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
