Required Skills: •' Support manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. •' Assist with creating and maintaining work instructions, routers, and standard operating procedures. •' Support process changes, validations and shop-floor improvements. •' Participating in NPI, FAI, and Continuous Improvement Projects. •' Collects and analyzes basic manufacturing data (cycle time, scrap rate, yield). •' Reviews and implements manufacturing drawing and engineering change notices. •' Support Cost-Reduction and Efficiency initiatives. •Participates in PFMEA, Process Capability, and RCCA studies Qualifications: •' Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (OR equivalent hands-on relevant experience will also be considered). •' 3+ years of engineering experience. •' Strong knowledge of CNC manufacturing and aerospace standards. •' Knowledge of GD&T, fixturing and gaging methods. •' Statistical process control experience in the aerospace industry. •' Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite products, and strong knowledge of Solidworks or other modeling software. •Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
