This role works closely with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and solve technical problems. •Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes. •Support production by troubleshooting equipment and process issues. •Analyze production data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased throughput. •Implement lean manufacturing practices and support continuous improvement projects. •Interface directly with design and engineering teams to ensure products are manufacturable and cost-effective. •Specify, test, and support installation of new equipment and tools. •Create and update work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
