Future sponsorship for work authorization (including those under CPT/OPT) is not available. •The successful candidate is a self-driven engineer who demonstrates strong ownership, prioritizes work based on business impact, communicates proactively, and uses data to make decisions and solve problems. •Success in this role requires a high level of initiative, ownership, and the ability to independently prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. •Own the daily performance of assigned manufacturing lines, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, First Pass Yield (FPY), OEE, downtime, and scrap. •Identify, analyze, and implement improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and equipment reliability. •Lead structured problem-solving activities using data-driven methodologies (PDCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, RedX, Six Sigma, etc.) to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions. •Analyze production data to identify trends, prioritize work, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on business impact. •Demonstrate ownership by driving issues from identification through implementation and verification of effectiveness. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution. •Minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment or equivalent relevant industry experience. •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex manufacturing problems using data. •Solid functional working knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and IATF 16949 requirements. •Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions. •Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and drive projects to completion. •Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
