Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer Company: CSP Location: Carey, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:01:56 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Program Management, Project Management About the job Experience: •5 years of experience or technical training with 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering related field Required Skills: •Lead and oversee assisting and developing manufacturing cost estimates for business cases. •Leading in DFM/DFA workshops. •Ensuring that customer requirements are met by planning and helping to design manufacturing equipment, tooling and processes for Teijin production facilities. •Coordinates the launch of manufacturing equipment/processes for new and revised products across Teijin facilities from inception to execution. •Ensure manufacturability of engineering designs and engineering changes. •Collaborates with I.E. and Product Engineering groups to determine the parts, equipment, tools, material handling, part flow and processes needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications. •Maintain and ensure supplier compliance to equipment standards by creating detailed RFQ’s and efficient project management through timely design reviews, validation, and installation. •Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, company performance standards and specifications.
