Required Skills: •Coordinate manufacturing forecasts, purchase order placement, confirmations, and reconciliation. •Manage the customer order process by coordinating, communicating, and confirming orders throughout the production lifecycle. •Dispatch and monitor inbound raw materials to third-party manufacturers and warehouse partners. •Track production activities and enter production data into company systems. •Reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. •Coordinate and track outbound finished goods shipments to distribution centers. •Audit invoices and process manufacturing-related paperwork. •Maintain departmental reports, performance scorecards, and filing systems. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred. •Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. •Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations. •Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external business partners. •Comprehensive medical, pharmacy, dental, & vision plan options. •Health savings account (with enrollment in the high deductible health plan option).
