Hiring: Manufacturing Career Open House, 9/22, 8am-4pm Company: Menasha Corporation Location: Pelahatchie, MS Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 10:22:33 About the job Required Skills: •Menasha Packaging Pelahatchie Plant Open House •Menasha Packaging Pelahatchie Plant - Manufacturing Career Open House •Set up, operate, and monitor machine to produce corrugated products and record operational data. •Review work orders or production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, scores and printing; or dimensions and tolerances. •Select and install machine components such as plates and die boards, using hand tools. •Adjust guide assemblies, forming bars, and folding mechanisms according to specifications, using hand tools. •Start machine to verify setups and make any necessary adjustments. •Start machines and move controls to regulate tension on pressure rolls, to synchronize speed of machine components, and adjust glue or ink as needed. Qualifications: •Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner •Demonstrated capacity to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business •Demonstrated capacity to work on a rotating shift as needed •Demonstrated capacity to effectively work in teams •Demonstrated capacity to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people •Demonstrated capacity to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles •Menasha Corporation consists of two companies that are leading the way to a sustainable future with packaging and supply chain solutions.
