Required Skills: •This role is based in Weirton, WV at our Form Factory 1 facility. •Operate manufacturing equipment and prepare raw materials, components, and hardware in strict accordance with work instructions and safety standards. •Optimize production output by ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of equipment downtime, quality metrics (rework/scrap), and cycle-time deviations. •Partner cross-functionally with the technical team to troubleshoot processing issues and continuously suggest modifications that enhance efficiency and product quality. •Maintain accurate productivity records, shift updates, maintenance logs, and pre/post-shift checklists using digital tools and software. •Uphold a clean, safe, and highly organized workspace in alignment with 5S standards. Qualifications: •Strong communication skills within a group of peers and the broader organization •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 pounds •Demonstrated capacity to be on your feet for extended periods •This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA.
