Required Skills: •Lead and develop an engineering team delivering cloud security controls as software products, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development. •Set technical direction and drive high-quality execution across the design, implementation, deployment, and production support of cloud security capabilities. •Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture and design reviews, technical decision-making, code reviews, and support for critical implementation work. •Own the reliability, performance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the team’s products in production. •Partner with Digital Product Managers, platform teams, and engineering stakeholders to align roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans. •Build a strong engineering culture centered on modern delivery practices (test-driven development, pair programming), fast feedback, technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. •Translate complex cloud security needs into scalable engineering solutions, reusable patterns, and automated capabilities. •Lead effective agile execution while keeping the team focused on delivery outcomes rather than process or ceremony.
