Make sure talent is in place, set lofty goals, and ensure the team and its members succeed and grow. •Develop a multichannel core Copy staff that is specialized but interchangeable/cross-trained to meet the growing needs of the organization/business. •Interface directly with the Production and Proofreading team to ensure consistency of voice by maintaining copy/style guidelines. •Be a contributing member of the Creative team brainstorming, planning and developing future projects. •Review and edit copy for print, digital, email, social, and product content. •Partner with design, merchandising, and marketing teams to develop cohesive campaigns.
