Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field •CPA preferred; candidates with a JD or MBA are also encouraged to apply •Twelve (12)+ years of progressively responsible experience in professional accounting, advisory, or family office services •Demonstrated success serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices •Strong technical accounting expertise, including GAAP, with deep experience supporting partnership structures and fund management companies •Strong project management, client engagement management, leadership, and client service skills •Tax experience or exposure preferred •Proven business development experience with a demonstrated track record of originating and growing client relationships •Established professional network within the Dallas-Fort Worth market, including relationships with attorneys, private bankers, wealth advisors, investment professionals, family office leaders, and other centers of influence •Strong executive presence with the ability to cultivate trusted advisor relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and represent Baker Tilly within the Dallas business community Compensation: •$182,150 - $345,350 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
