Required Skills: •Lead ESOP feasibility studies, ownership transition strategies, and transaction planning engagements •Serve as the primary advisor for key ESOP clients, delivering strategic guidance and an exceptional client experience •Oversee ESOP transaction execution and coordinate activities among clients, trustees, lenders, legal counsel, valuation professionals, and internal engagement teams •Direct ESOP administration services, including recordkeeping, participant allocations, compliance testing, and regulatory reporting •Lead the preparation and review of repurchase obligation studies and long-term forecasting analyses •Provide technical expertise related to ESOP regulations, ERISA requirements, and applicable tax laws •Identify client challenges and develop practical, risk-balanced solutions that support client objectives •Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative culture Qualifications: •We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial professional to join our growing Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) practice as a Managing Director, ESOP Consulting & Administration. •This leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with business owners, executive leadership teams, trustees, and boards of directors to design, implement, and administer ESOP solutions that support long-term business success and employee ownership strategies. •As a Managing Director, you will lead complex client engagements, provide strategic ESOP guidance, mentor professionals, and help drive the growth and expansion of our ESOP practice.
